The Ticino valley park, the first riverine park in Europe, founded in 1978 and still one of the most verdant natural oases in the country. 6,500 hectares to safeguard the incredible variety of flora and fauna that lives on the banks of the Ticino. The other wonderful park is Monte Fenera in Valsesia, famous for the caves that open on the western side of the mountain.
